Salma, 18, was forced into early marriage, disrupting her schooling. Living in Kiambiu with her mother and three siblings after a family separation, she faced abandonment, trauma, and instability.
With Tushinde’s intervention, foster support and psychosocial care, Salma returned to school, rebuilt family connections, and began healing. Despite emotional hurdles, she worked hard and emerged with a B- grade in her Form Four exams.
