Using the Outcomes Star to measure family strengthening

The Outcomes Star is a way of working with a family to set goals to help them become independent of external help. When a family joins us, we will sit with them and work through a Star to get an idea where in their life they need support.
We then reivew this six monthly. This report looks at the data for families; comparing their initial Star assessment with their most recent one. It is so good to see progress in all areas, especially in health and well being and managing behaviour.
