Thank you to everyone that took part in the 10K Run & Walk at the #Karuraforest last Saturday, raising funds to help vulnerable children thrive. Everyone had a such a fun time. and all for such a good cause.

Every 3 months our social workers meet up with the children on our programme and have a one to one meeting to see how they are doing.

Here is Samuel, a Tushinde Social Worker, with one of the children on our programme. They are enjoying some time together exploring their wellbeing through activities like drawing and sticking pictures into the children's personalised story book.

Tushinde have had an influx of new followers!! Welcome to you all and thank you! Tushinde Children's Trust is a small charity, registered both in the UK and Kenya, who support children in vulnerable situations in both Kiambiu and Mathare Informal Settlements. The photos show a few activities that our staff have engaged in over the past few weeks. Updating their safeguarding knowledge, catching up with families who have graduated from the Family Support Programme offering any further support that they may need and a visit to one of our partner Daycare providers. Well done team!
